In our ministry we train and develop our own people into leadership abilities and skills. Our phylosophy on membership is that "EVERYONE IS A MINISTER".
Apostle Kimberly Dube develops training modules and curriculum that is taught and trained in all churches. Our trained assembly pastors hav aduty to train their members.
Those who then show God's call and gifting on them are further trained to lead other churches which we plant.
Though the training covers a wide curriculum, the effort is to empower our people to b helpful in doing the work of the ministry within.
Graduation is done annually. The training does not stop a new people are continually recruited along.
