The church has committed itself to the development of christian leaders on a continuos basis both within fountain of life and also in the body of Christ. It really takes much for a servant of God to be prepared for the master's use. Jesus walked among his disciples for a period of three years and a half making them fishers of men (Mark 1v17). Paul instructs Timothy to 'Study and show himself approved, a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth' 2 Timothy 2v15.
It is widely accepted that if one stops studying and learning, they consequently stop leading. Be sure you dont miss the opportunity to grow in leadership and also stand a chance to network with servants of God from different churches across the world who attend the leadership development programs organised by the church.
All our effort in leadership development comes within the context of 2 Corithians 3v6 which says we are made ABLE MINISTERS OF THE NEW TESTAMENT. Therefore the mission of the church is that ultimately leaders and saints might become able ministers, pruned in every direction of ministry to bear much fruit in every good work, for glory of God and salvation of mankind.
